The Lucky Moose Restaurant opened in January 2007. It was the fulfillment of a lifetime dream for its owners.
Spitzack Builders was selected to partner with Andersen Log Homes to construct the restaurant.
The handscribed log structure was initially created on the worksite at the log home company and then moved and reassembled on the foundation that had been prepared. Once the log frame was in place, the Spitzack crew took over to complete the restaurant. The Lucky Moose is located on the east side of Hwy 371 just south of Walker, MN.
